Virtual Workshop Description
This workshop will help professionals link the origin of some of their frustration to a lack of meeting basic needs in balancing the work-family-life balance. Professionals will participate in small group activities to identify simple pivots to gratify basic needs, leading to greater balance in their journey.
In this virtual workshop you will:
- identify some of the core reasons professionals are frustrated with the journey of the work-family-life balance
- understand the impact of meeting these four basic needs
- underline the importance of ownership in meeting these four basic needs
- identify practical applications/takeaways to lead a stronger work-family-life balance
Virtual Workshop Instructor
Paul Short is the founder of FACETOFACESPACE Coaching & Training and has over two decades of Human Services experience in a variety of different roles including management and coordination in distinct sectors including business, government, and non-profit. He is a certified Master Trainer and Facilitator through Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. Additionally, he is an ordained minister and self-employed as a Personal and Business Coach. When not traveling the country, Paul enjoys volunteering for global service organizations.
