The impacts of Covid-19 on the workplace have been deep and everyone seems to be figuring out how to “return to the office.” All of the data shows that flexibility in the workplace is the number one determinant of reported workplace satisfaction. This workshop will examine the newest trend in HR, which is a focus on what each individual needs to be able to do their best work, coined “strategic flexibility.” No more boilerplate policies— the focus is instead on each person, and determining where and how they work best.
