Generational Differences in the Workplace

February 27 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm UTC+0

Workshop Description

It’s no secret that the workforce experiences growing pains. While these pains can be due to shifting trends or new technology, one of the number one pains the workforce is currently experiencing is, quite literally, its rapid growth of the working-age population.

In this workshop, you will:

  1. Reflect on the five different generations of the workforce and their differences
  2. Examine how each generation affects the workplaces
  3. Consider age diversity in DEIB Initiatives
  4. Explore how leaders and organizations can maximize generational diversity
