The Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth’s Regional Advisory Boards (RABs) are instrumental in providing a local connection between VFHY and communities throughout the state. The four boards participate in the review process to select grantees – local organizations and agencies – that will receive funding to implement youth tobacco use prevention programs. Each of the four boards are comprised of 10-15 representatives and represent different areas of the Commonwealth: North, Southeast, Southwest and Central.
